It all started with my grandpa and a family farm.
When I was a young boy, my grandfather had a real estate agency and insurance business. He would put in a full day every day. Then, he would come home and work on the farm until dark.
The best part of my day was helping with daily chores on the farm and soaking up wisdom. I learned more in those few hours every night than I could ever learn from a book.
The one thing he said that always stuck with me was, “Always do what you say you're going to do.” I took it to heart. Those are the words I live by and how I run my business.
